Development History
31 July 2018: Desk-based assessment using information and photographs supplied by Aberdeenshire Council.

The property is disused and whilst currently in fair overall condition, some elements are subject to accelerating deterioration. Slate slippage and loss is evident to the front roof pitch, notably at the gables. The rear gutter is starting to sag - damp staining immediately beneath suggests it is now defective. Unprotected windows are vulnerable to vandalism - a number of glazing units have been broken and some are missing. The painted finish to timber elements is flaking is areas, exposing the bare wood.
1 February 2019: Local planners note no repair works have taken place at the property, which remains disused.
