Description
Early 19th century, L-plan mill with additional wing. Rubble-built, dressed stone on wheel wall. Overshot wheel with timber lade bringing water. Loft space in upper storey. Machinery in situ. Later timber lean-to of no interest. Straight skews, slate roof.

Development History
29 January 2020: Local planners advise that building is boarded up and not in use and nominate it for inclusion on the Register.
22 June 2021: External inspection finds the building vacant with areas of damage. Situated next to a large hotel and pub from which it is largely hidden. Hole in roof of west wing visible. Slipped and damaged slates also visible. Blocked gutters with vegetation growth. Walls appear sound but vegetation encroaching. Windows and doors are boarded up and secure.
