12 October 2020: External inspection finds building boarded up, un-used and in need of maintenance. Areas of damage and spalling on metal roof. Metal on chimney showing signs of rusting and decay. Rainwater goods are blocked and rusting. Plant growth beginning to encroach. Paint peeling on walls exposing wood and plant growth beginning to encroach. Windows and doors are boarded up. Plant growth beginning to encroach on boundaries. Moved to At Risk.
16 November 2021: Local planners note the site is the subject of a Place Brief and is allocated for a housing-led mixed use in the proposed City Plan 2030.
