12 October 2020: External inspection finds areas of broken, slipped and cracked tiles on roof. Chimneys show area of damaged and patched render. Walls have massive areas of graffiti and damp and encroachment by vegetation. Windows are boarded up and cupola and roof lights in need of repair. Doors are boarded up. Area to north is used as a carpark and other sides are open. Moved to At Risk.
16 November 2021: Local planners note the site is the subject of a Place Brief and is allocated for a housing-led mixed use in the proposed City Plan 2030.
