Development History
28 September 2022: Nominated for the Register by a member of the public as now derelict. reported to lie next to a popular core footpath and cycle path. For Investigation.
14 December 2022: External inspection finds the building to be roofless and suffering from vandalism. There is some damage to the brick wallheads. The door opening had previously been bricked up, but is now open to unauthorised access. There is graffiti on much of the lower exterior. Some intact nesting boxes are visible inside through the door opening. Access is restricted, therefore it is not possible to view the east elevation. Move to AT RISK.
