Development History
6 March 2023: Nominated by local planners, added For Investigation
12 April 2023: External inspection finds the building to be vacant but in good condition. There is some lichen growth on the upper masonry and weathering of the windows frames. The glazing is intact and the doors appear secure. There are no signs of unauthorised access. Move to Alert to monitor for reoccupation.

Post Survey Update: Local planners report the building's disuse is ongoing. A community group is being supported by Glasgow Building Preservation Trust exploring options to repair, convert and re-occupy the building. As the building's long term occupancy is not yet assured moved to At Risk.
