Development History
13 April 2023: Nominated for the Register by a member of the public as long-term disused and in a fire damaged state. Unclear how much of the structure remains. Former hall reported to be accessed through the basement, also remaining fire-damaged. For Investigation.
4 May 2023: External inspection finds that there has been partial loss of the roof along the east and west eaves. The central roof support and some connected roofing remains. There appears to be damaged to the wallheads and possible movement of the upper brick masonry at the southeast corner. Established vegetation grows between bricks. The lower openings are covered and appear secure. The window frames on the upper south elevation remain but the glazing is broken. The brick building to the east appears to be separate use and ownership. The condition of the possibly connected basement level of 87 Wilton Street is not able to be assessed. Move to At Risk and set Condition as Very Poor.

Post Survey Update: Local planners advise consent is being sought (23/01873/FUL & 23/01627/BW ) for use of basement premises as a dwelling and hall to rear as storage facility and dwelling.
28 June 2023: GlasgowLive reports (22/10/2022) the building is up for sale at auction. The site appears to have since been purchased in February 2023.
