Development History
June 1993: External inspection reveals the house to be empty and in disrepair. The owner is keen to see the house restored but does not wish to sell. January 1995: The owner reports that she is hoping to restore the building in the near future. January 2000: Local planners report no change. November 2007: External inspection reveals the cottages remain vacant and appear to be in very poor condition. A number of the window panes are broken or missing which may have allowed water ingress into the building.
October 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit, the building continues to deteriorate.
17 October 2013: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. Pigeons would appear to inhabit the building and slates are missing from the roof.
