Description
Square single storey and loft, single bay building sited in line with bothy range (also Listed) but separated by track. Off-centre entrance to east elevation , small window and loft window in north elevation. Piended local slate roof.

Development History
March 1999: External inspection reveals the dairy to be vacant, though it remains in fair condition.
June 2008: External inspection finds the former dairy remains disused. The roof structure is currently sound but at risk from the overhanging bows of a mature tree.
5 September 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
15 September 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously: subject to slow decline.
