Development History
February 2003: Local planners report that the doocot is in poor condition, with missing slates and loose zinc ridging.
September 2010: External inspection finds the building remains derelict. The doocot roof is in poor condition and has partly collapsed. The lower roof is in better condition, but in need of maintenance. Some window frames survive but the glazing has been lost, as has the door. Surviving gutters are blocked in places.
5 June 2013: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
23 February 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains disused.
