L-plan former mill, mosty random rubble construction with slated roofs. Lade and waterwheel to East elevation. Marriage lintol over entrance has 1740 date - presumably re-used.

Development History
November 1994: External inspection reveals the mill to be vacant but in fair condition. It has been unused as a mill since the 1960s.
January 1995: An application by Tulloch Homes for conversion is refused.

26 June 2013: External inspection finds this robust little building in generally sound condition but with a clogged central valley gutter. Pointing is poor but overall the building appears intact with the remains of a waterwheel and lade. Moved to At Risk.
23 February 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
