Development History
August 1993: Local planners report that the building has been ruinous since at least 1979 and remains unused. It is now completely derelict, though the driveway is in use. Window frames have been lost from the pavilions.
May 2009: External inspection from the adjacent public road confirms that the structure is derelict. The eastern pavilion is a ruinous shell. A planning application for the development of the site including erection of chalets/ mobile homes at the site was lodged in 2007 but withdrawn in April 2009. Appl Ref. 07/02148/OUT.
August 2011: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
