Development History
June 2006: The local authority alert SCT to the building. The majority of the roof structure, including stone slates, to the house and the thatched roof of the rear barn have been lost. The house interior is now open to the elements. The rear barn walls are in a very poor condition. The adjoining east barn and outbuilding have tarred roofs and remain in fair condition. The building is recorded for investigation.
March 2010: External inspection finds the building in a ruinous condition. It has lost its roof and has major structural issues: the east gable is leaning out and there are sizeable cracks on the front (north) and west elevations. Though the door has been lost, some window frames survive. Moved to At Risk.
24 June 2014: External inspection finds the roof structure has now been lost and the East gable continues to lean.
5 October 2022: External inspection finds that the building has been partially demolished with all walls having been reduced to roughly 2m in height. The remaining West side elevation has collapsed. The demolished material appears to be left within the shell of the remaining walls.
