November 2007: External inspection reveals the building to be vacant and appears to be unmaintained.
January 2011: External inspection finds there has been no significant change in condition since the last site visit. The property continues to deteriorate and is a cause for concern.
12 June 2014: External inspection finds the doocot remains in poor condition.
17 April 2019: External inspection reveals that the restoration of the property is underway. Moved to restoration in progress.
