Development History
December 2007: External inspection reveals the buildings appear to have been empty for some time. The roof of the main building has been replaced with corrugated metal sheeting. The windows are boarded over.
October 2010: External inspection finds the building remains derelict. Temporary roofing is damaged in a number of areas on the south elevation. There are cracks and holes in many of the window panes. There are damp patches on the masonry.
20 November 2013: Local planners report the hall has been brought back into use. The church itself would appear to remain disused.
10 June 2014: External inspection finds the church remains out of use, the associated hall in use as business units. The condition of the church remains poor.
9 February 2023: External inspection finds the building remains disused and generally in the same condition as previous assessments. Due to access, assessment is limited to front west elevation. Vandalism has further damaged glazing. The window and door openings appear secure.
