Development History
July 2008: External inspection reveals that the doocot is in a very poor condition as it is roofless and has trees growing from within. The walls of the building, though requiring general maintenance, appear to be relatively intact.
March 2012: Local planners report the building remains at risk.
4 March 2012: External inspection finds since the previous site visit the condition of the upper courses has deteriorated. Plant growth is destabilising masonry and substantial gaps are appearing between stones.
18 September 2014: External inspetion finds that although the vegetation growth within the building have increased the building would appear to remain in much the same condition as seen previously.
