Development History
October 2008: External inspection reveals that the lodge is vacant with most of the windows boarded over. The roof is in a state of disrepair as there are many loose and missing slates. The guttering also appears to be blocked.
February 2011: External inspection finds that since our previous visit the condition of the roof has worstened: more tiles have been lost and the ridges have deteriorated. The gutters are in need of maintenance: removing plant growth and repairing buckling sections.
24 April 2013: External inspection finds no signficant change from the previous site visit.
3 March 2020: External inspection finds the house remains disused and vacant and in much the same condition as seen previously. Deterioration continues.
