Hotel range comprising two storey and attic, harled with rendered margins, comprises at least three formerly separate properties, two bay house with chimney head gable at centre, slated roof, two bay pantiled wing to South has segmental headed former pend at ground infilled with modern door; Wing to North: two bay at ground floor, single window at 1st with gabled dormer at attic, incorporates the large South gable of its demolished Northern neighbour. Development History
March 2009: External inspection reveals that the hotel is vacant but in a reasonable state of repair with the exception of several boarded up windows.
September 2011: External inspection finds the building remains vacant.
30 April 2019: A member of the public advises they approached the current owner of the property with a view to potentially purchasing the site, but the owner did not wish to dispose of the building at this time.
24 May 2024: Member of public advises the building remains disused and is now in deteriorating condition.
28 August 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
