Development History
October 2008: External inspection finds the felted roof to have decayed and exposed the timber sarking below. The front door is missing and window frames are decayed.
27 June 2012: External inspection finds decay has continued since the previous site visit with most of the felt now gone and holes in the roof. The house is now in use as a henhouse. The building has no door and the interior could be seen to be gutted. Windows and rooflights are intact but are decaying.
9 March 2021: Full Planning Permission for refurbishment and extension of the property is being sought (20/01560/PP).
13 August 2021: Listed building consent (21/01187/LIB) is being sought for refurbishment and extension to derelict house. The previous application (21/01560/PP) was withdrawn.
