Development History
November 2009: External inspection finds the cottage is in fair condition but unoccupied. The adjoining glasshouses are in a state of collapse.
24 July 2012: External inspection finds marked deterioration evident since the previous site visit wuith evidence of vandalism, collapsing roof to the front extension and creeper growths to the roof. The glasshouses are in an advanced state of collapse.
