Development History
October 2009: External inspection finds the north west section of the former home farm in need of remedial works to prevent accelerated decline. Around 2001, the majority of the former Home Farm was renovated and successfully converted into workshops and retail units. The walled garden was also brought back into use as a community garden.
5 June 2012: External inspection finds new doors fitted to arched opening on SW elevation. Otherwise broken gutters, damaged render, sagging roofs and a missing roof on the courtyard side all remain.
