Former thatched cottage with thick rubble walls, doorway to left of centre and 2 window openings. May have been attached to the adjacent cottage originally (Historic Scotland) and would seem to appear on the 1st edition OS map, survey date 1878.

March 2010: External inspection finds the building a roofless ruin, but in a condition where restoration may still be an option. The building is currently in use as a store.
10 June 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
