Development History
13 November 2013: Desk-based assessment following recording of the structure through RCAHMS survey programme working in partnership with the Cairngorms National Park. The cruck-frame of the cottage has been subject of further research as its origins may considerably pre-date the rest of the structure. The former cottage has been disused for some time. The protective tin roof is now mostly lost, exposing the turf divots. The East gable has collapsed.
