Development History
27 March 2014: External inspection suggests the building is disused. There is minor slate slippage to roofs but ther is evidence of considerable dampness to walls, especially at the corner tower. rainwater goods appear to be in fair condition but there is evidence of either past or present leakage and a shrub is growing from a gutter. Windows are in need of maintenace.
June 2019: A member of the public notes the ground floor retail unit is now in use.
6 September 2023: Local planners advise the condition of the building remains much the same with some additional vegetation growth seen on building.
4 March 2024: A member of the public advises that a window is open on the east elevation, allowing for possible water and bird ingress.
