Development History
23 April 2014: External inspection finds the stoen buildings in a roofless state with no internal wooden or plaster remaining, not any door or windows. The walls appear reasonably sound but with exposed wallheads showing extensive signs of dampness.
21 January 2020: Listed Building Consent for alterations and small extensions to house (not on Register), including dining, porch, conservatory and terrace. Change of use of dilapidated outbuildings (on Register) to form two bedroom single story dwelling house ancillary to main house, plus associated works.
26 October 2022: The local planning authority advises that restoration works previously noted (ref: 20/0002/LB and 20/0008/IC) are underway. Moved to RESTORATION IN PROGRESS.
