Description

Large complex of possibly internally-linked buildings comprising 3 storey, six bay,with later addition mansard roof, granite tenement with shops at ground floor, fronting Cross Street. Two storey, four bay granite probable dwelling converted to shop at ground floor level (large bookend console extant to right gable) fronting Frithside Street. Later whitewashed garage buildings also fronting Frithside Street.

25 September 2015: Disused former garage block. For Investigation.
8 October 2015: External inspection finds the complex of buildings mostly disused - part of the Cross Street tenement retains some level of use - and boarded up. Roofs are deteriorating with evidence of damp throughout. Rainwater goods are blocked in places and missing in others. Move to At Risk.
