Development History
8 September 2021: External inspection finds the building to be generally sound but suffering from water ingress. There are signs of damp and staining on painted ashlar, as well as plant growth along damp areas at junction on right of front elevation. The interior of the commercial unit on the ground floor is visible from outside and shows signs of molding and staining from water ingress. The timber fascia boards for the ground unit are also showing signs of damp-related decay.
