Description

1½ storey house constructed in granite and topped with a slate roof. South west elevation has central door with windows to either side and two rooflights above. Chimney stacks to each end gable. Adjoining L-pan kennels to the north east are single storey with three kennel runs to each each section - one of which retains low stone walls topped with iron railings - and are painted white.

Development History
July 2001: Inspection reveals that the property is vacant, with the exception of one kennel which has signs of sporadic use. The house windows are boarded up. The main structure appears to be sound. July 2006: Information on ownership added. Supplied by local planning authority.
July 2010: A member of the public contacts SCT to report the building remains disused, but appears to be in relatively good condition given the period of disuse.
June 2011: Highland Historic Environment Record advise full planning application for alterations and extensions to derelict cottage to form 2 holiday letting houses, was lodged August 2008 ref: 08/00199/FULBS.
31 March 2014: A member of the public advises the buildings remain disused and in a stable condition.
