Development History
November 2001: External inspection reveals the cottage to be vacant and boarded up. May 2005: SCT receives reports that the building remains at risk.
September 2011: External inspection finds the cottage remains at risk. The front door and front window frames have been replaced.
December 2011: A member of the public advises planning permission is currently being sought for the site, alterations and erection of extension to house and formation of vehicle access is under consideration ref: 11/04442/FUL.
18 June 2013: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit. Full Planning Permission for alteration and extension of the property was conditionally granted June 2012.
11 April 2017: A member of the public notes the property remains At Risk.
28 November 2018: External inspection finds the eastern chimney gable has been removed and a new breeze block wall is being erected. Scaffolding is erected around the building. Moved to Restoration in Progress.
22 February 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains at Restoration in Progress.
23 February 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains at Restoration in Progress.
