Description

L-plan in steeply sloping site, stuccoed: 2 storey and attic main part with gable to road, 3 window south elevation with central door in plain painted architrave, two bowed dormers. Kintore Street gable, 1 off-centre window both floors, single storey and attic wing at intermediate level with door, window and bowed dormer. 12 pane sashes except at dormers which have been reglazed with straight 4 and 2 pane sashes. Slated roofs with straight skews, 1 stack rebuilt in brick. (Historic Scotland)

Development History
December 2007: External inspection reveals that property should be monitored until restoration works are complete. Property is vulnerable until work completed and is occupied. Set to ALERT
August 2010: External inspection finds works appear to have stalled, there is no obvious sign of recent action. The building has damaged window protection and is not wind and water tight. Moved to At Risk.
3 September 2012: A member of the public advises the building has been made wind and water tight - new gutters, windows and rendering. Internal works to make the building habitable have not taken place yet. Condition moved to Fair.
14 August 2013: External inspection finds the building has been rendered and is largely completed with internal works well underway. Moved to Restoration in Progress.
