Development History
August 1990: Local planners report that the icehouse is ruinous. December 2007: External inspection reveals the building to be in very poor condition following the collapse of the roof. The masonry is saturated due to exposed wallheads and open masonry joints resulting in severely decayed mortar.
October 2010: External inspection finds the former icehouse remains in very poor condition and is moving towards a ruinous state.
16 October 2013: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
