Development History
September 2007: Building is brought to the attention of SCT by Local Authority. External inspection reveals the roof and rainwater goods and glazing all appear to be defective. Urgent attention to make the building wind and water tight may prevent any deterioration.
November 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit. The property continues to deteriorate and is a cause for concern.
23 September 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
17 August 2018: External inspection finds the buildings in much the same condition as seen previusly. There are some more missing and broken pantiles. Some render has deteriorated further and there are some signs of damp in parts. There are a number of vegetation growths to both outbuildings. Survey was conducted from neighbouring lane at 180 High Street.
