Development History
October 2007: Building brought to SCT's attention by Local Planners. External inspection reveals the tower would benefit from reinstatment of the roof, windows and door to make it wind and water tight. Masonry repairs, including repointing, are needed to prevent the structure from becoming ruinous.
November 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit. The property continues to deteriorate.
23 September 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
30 April 2019: Limited external inspection possible from a distance. From what could be viewed, it remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
