April 2008: External inspection finds the building appears to have been sitting vacant for some time. The ground floor windows are boarded over. There are damp patches on the front wall, especially along the cornice. The property is being marketed for sale by Sneddon & Son.
August 2010: External inspection finds the building remains derelict. The gutters require clearing and there is a damp patch at the first floor to the right (west) of the balcony. The property is being marketed for let by Ryden.
7 April 2015: External inspection finds the building remains disused. The site is no longer under marketing for sale/ lease.
14 February 2024: The building remains disused. It is under marketing for sale through appointed agent Ryden. Offers over £200,000 are being sought.
