Two storey traditional shop unit with residential accomodation above. Altered openings, concrete rendered stone walls with steeply pitched roof over. Shop unit with splayed entrance to front elevation with separate access to 1st floor level. Small window to upper floor in North gable.

16 October 2018: External inspection finds no significant change since previous visit. Deterioration continues.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests building remains At-Risk.
