Description

Two storey traditional shop unit with residential accomodation above. Altered openings, concrete rendered stone walls with steeply pitched roof over. Shop unit with splayed entrance to front elevation with separate access to 1st floor level. Small window to upper floor in North gable.

July 2008: Local planners bring the building to the attention of SCT. External inspection found the building to be vacant and in poor overall condition.

16 October 2018: External inspection finds no significant change since previous visit. Deterioration continues.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests building remains At-Risk.
