3 bay, two-storey harled villa. Gablet dormer windows to the front (south) elevation. Slate roof. 4-pane sash and case windows. Quoined window and door surrounds. Architrave detail above doorway. Joined at the west gable to the former church by a (later addition) cottage.

Development History
August 2008: External inspection finds that the building is in poor condition. The rainwater goods are in poor order with sections missing. Harling has fallen off the walls and a window to the rear is boarded over.
September 2008: A detailed study examining options for the regeneration of Cabrach was launched by Richard Lochhead MSP in June 2008, Nick Brown Associates have completed a health check study (see web links) on the area.
12 September 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
16 September 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
4 March 2024: Desk-based assessment suggest the buildings is under repair. Restoration in Progress. Risk level moved to Low.
2 April 2024: A member of the public advises the property was for marketed for sale late 2023 through RE/MAX Scotland. Registers for Scotland confirms the property was sold on 18/08/2023.
