October 2008: External inspection reveals that the building is vacant and in need of general maintenance. The windows have been covered over with metal sheeting.
February 2011: External inspection finds the building remains derelict. The original roof has been lost and a temporary roof installed. The rainwater goods have been lost. Ivy is growing on the front elevation and there are signs of damp.
27 March 2012: External inspection finds no signficant change from the previous site visit.
13 March 2020: External inspection finds the lodge in much the same condition as seen previously. Some further vegetation growths but the building remains in Fair condition overall. Remains At Risk.
