Development History
June 2009: Planning permission is sought for the conversion (or demolition) of the building into 3 townhouses. Appl. Ref: 08/00416/DET.
28 September 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit. Full Planning Permission for the erection of three town houses, on the current footprint of the building, was conditionally approved May 2011 ref: 08/00416/FUL. The application involves the downtaking of the existing building to ground level. The decision notes that an application for Conservation Area Consent would need to be submitted for demolition of the existing structure. No CAC appears to have yet been sought.
30 April 2015: External inspection finds the building appears to remain in much the same condition as seen previously. Some of the floors may be in use as storage space.
2 November 2015: Full Planning Permission for redevelopment of the site into 3 houses, retaining the footprint of the existing building, is being sought ref: 15/00449/FUL.
17 February 2020: Full Planning Permission for conversion to form a dwelling was conditionally approved in 2017 (17/00563/FUL). A previous application for conversion to form 3 dwellings was conditionally approved in 2016.
