Development History
June 2009: External inspection finds the steading buildings have had most of the roof coverings removed and are now in a near ruinous condition. Planning permission for conversion of the steading into five dwellings was granted Jan 2004 and granted renewal in March 2009 ref 09/00059/FUL. The property is thought to have been sold to a number of purchasors in the time between.
22 October 2012: External inspection finds the continuing roof collapses has meant the building is now in a ruinous state.
7 June 2016: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. Full Planning Permission for conversion of the steading into five dwellings was conditionally approved March 2015 ref: 14/01043/FULL.
