Former Territorial Army hall dated 1885. Roughly rectangular plan, red sandstone construction with slate roof and overhanging eaves. Large rectangular windows (now blocked). Cartshed opening to north elevation. Later porch addition to main entrance.

Development History
August 2009: External inspection suggests that the building is lacking ongoing maintenance. The timber fascia is in a decayed state, the remaining window frames appear to be rotten and the rainwater goods have been lost.
10 September 2013: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. The building may be in use for storage.
7 February 2024: Planning permission (21/462/PP) for conversion to dwelling approved in 2021.
