Description

Tumbledown cottage, originally thatched, now slated with inserted dormers back and front; west gable is crowstepped and has skews; thick rubble walls, possibly 17th century. (Historic Scotland)

The building is dated 1734 on one of the window lintols (Stirling Council).

Development History
September 2009: External inspection reveals that the cottage is derelict, the roof has partially collapsed and windows and doors have been lost. Furthermore, the building is unsecured and in a dangerous condition.
23 June 2015: External inspection finds the dormer is now collapsing into the building.
