Development History
October 2009: Around 2001, the majority of the former Home Farm was renovated and successfully converted into workshops and retail units. The walled garden was also brought back into use as a community garden. Listed Building Consent was sought and granted for alterations to allow conversion to a proposed re-use as a complimentary therapies unit in March 2006, ref: 05/02359/LIB.
5 June 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
