Development History
15 February 2012: External inspection finds the south range of the farm steading, a former mill, appears to be partially derelict. Roof tiles are partially loose, broken or slipped or missing. There is part of the roof to the east side of the building which has no tiles and appears to be exposed. Gutters are broken in part or completely missing. Broken and missing downpipes to rear. Some gaps are beginning to appear between the stonework in the walls on the east side of the building. Windows to the ground floor are missing and the interior exposed. The surrounding boundary area is overgrown.
10 February 2015: External inspection finds the building appears to remain partially in use.
5 November 2020: External inspection finds no significant change from previous visit. Slipped slates and ridge damage visible on roof. Rainwater goods partially remaining and are damaged. Some damp visible on walls and in need of maintenance. Building remains boarded up but area around has been cleared. No sign of ongoing works
