Development History
24 October 2013: External inspection finds the former cottage has been altered in part to form storage/ possibly garage space. The walls are in poor condition with harling cracking, signs of damp on timber elements to East gable. The tin roof is currently in fair condition but is nearing the end of its life. Rainwater goods are chocked to rear elevation.
19 July 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
