1 1/2 storey cottage with smaller single storey range to rear, constructed in snecked red sandstone, sited in a garden plot. Central door to main elevation with windows either side. Piended dormer windows, slated roof with chimneys removed. Stone boundary wall to David Street to garden, wrought iron gate with low stone boundary wall and railings to side of cottage.

Development History
6 February 2014: External inspection finds a traditional cottage within the Conservation Area disused with some window openings boarded over. There are slipped roof slates and flashing, rainwater goods are blocked, windows are in poor condition with glazing missing in places and timber elements are in need of repair. Stone erosion evident to David Street elevation.
