Single storey with attic, 3 bay shop with later extension over a pend (now a garage) with brick outbuildings to rear.
Rendered facade with elements of a surviving Victorian shopfront to ground floor (bookend consoles evident) with modern alterations. Canted piended dormers over, slated roof, overhanging eaves to gables, cornice to front. Gable end stone built chimney stacks with cornice. Adjoining brick built pend allowing access to plot to rear, with canted piended dormer over.

Development History
8 May 2014: External inspection finds the building disused and overall in poor condition - damp patches, brick spalling and cracking, rainwater goods blocked in places with associated damp patches to walls. Buildings to rear are in very poor condition.
Conservation Area Consent for demolition of the building to clear a wider site for a mixed use - residential, hotel, retail - new build development (12/00266/FLL) was conditionally approved April 2013 ref: 12/00359/CON.
