Development History
November 2010: External inspection finds the building is almost entirely disused (No 75 ground floor is in use once a week) and appears to have been so for some time. Outwardly, it appears to be in good condition.
7 November 2013: A site visit finds there to be no significant change in the condition of this building since the last visit. There appears to be one business operating from a ground floor unit, with the building appearing otherwise empty. 28 November 2019: A member of the public notes the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. Upper floors remain disused.
29 July 2022: The property is being marketed for sale, offers invited, through JE Shepherd Commercial. The marketing particulars note the property is now fully disused.
