Development History
21 April 2021: Nominated for the Register by HES Planning Consents and Advice team as disused and cited within an area proposed for a residential development. For Investigation.
7 July 2021: A member of the public nominates Carsebridge House and associated buildings for the At Risk Register.
15 July 2021: Limited inspection possible from a point of public access. From what could be viewed the building appears to be disused and overgrown, with evidence of terraces and garden house not visible. Walls are in need of repair although the brick inner skin appears to survive. Perimeter walls ties into north wall of estate offering good protection. Move to At Risk.

Planning Permission in Principle for redevelopment of the wider site is being sought (21/00069/PPP) whilst the design statement submitted as part of this application notes an intention to retain the property there is no further information on the means by which this will be achieved.
